Workshops and training
All workshops and training on this website are non-accredited, unless where otherwise explicitly stated. This does not mean they are of lesser quality or value to your professional development as a support worker. Non-accredited training is widely engaged by support workers to assist with building skills, knowledge, increasing proficiencies, and managing wellbeing.
Professional supervision
Professional supervision is not counselling, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or an emergency service.
Resources
All resources on this website provide generalised information. Resources are to be used as a guide only. They do not replace your need to seek relevant advice from other professionals, agencies, and/or authorities where this advice is necessary or advisable.
Industry consultation services
Consultation services are provided based on industry knowledge and experience. My experience and credentials can be found on the About page of this website, as well as on my LinkedIn profile.
It is your responsibility to decide if I am appropriate to offer guidance in the area you seek consultation. It is my responsibility to be honest and transparent about my knowledge, experience, and skills so that you can make an informed decision.
Support coordination
All NDIS participants who choose my support coordination services through this website will engage in a Service Agreement specific to that service provision.
Qualifications, credentials, and experience
It is my responsibility to ensure that I maintain, to the best of my ability, the appropriate credentials, knowledge, and/or experience to directly provide the services and products that I do.
Where I choose to engage a third-party to deliver services and products as My Foundations, it is my responsibility, to the best of my ability, to ensure that the third-party has the appropriate credentials, knowledge, and/or experience to do so in the context of the service or product they delivering.
It is your responsibility to verify the credentials, knowledge, and/or experience of all third-party providers acting as themselves, rather than as My Foundations, before accessing or engaging with their services and products. It is my responsibility to clearly state on my website when a third-party provider is acting as themselves, so you can do your due diligence.
If you do not carry out your own due diligence, I will not be held responsible or liable for any failings as a result of engaging with a third-party via this website.
Payment terms
Payments for services and products provided by me are made through the Stripe commerce platform. Payment options include:
- using a credit card or debit card accepted via the Stripe platform, or
- requesting an invoice for payment into my business bank account.
Payment plans are not available.

Security
Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
Payments to third-party providers
Where you are purchasing a service or product from a third-party provider advertised on this website, you must discuss their payment terms and conditions directly with them.
I take no responsibility for payment issues or incidents that arise from engaging with a third-party via this website.
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, and Credit Policy:
Payments for services and products
Services and products available to purchase online from this website must be paid for in full, and in advance of delivery. If you are unable or unwilling to pay via the online payment system, you are welcome to contact me to arrange an invoice for payment.
For all other services and products like bespoke, quoted, individualised, or by appointment services, I will issue you with an invoice for payment after the service has been delivered. Payment terms for invoiced services are 7 working days from the date of issue of the invoice.
Cancellations and refunds on services and products
Cancellation and refund terms and condition for services and products available to purchase online are found (typically) with the service or product description. If you can not find these terms and conditions, or are unsure of what they mean, you must contact me to clarify before making any purchase. If you do not contact me, I will assume you are clear about these terms and conditions and they will therefore be upheld.
For all other services and products like bespoke, quoted, individualised, or by appointment services, I have the right to charge up to 100% of the value of the service or product if cancelled with less than 24 working hours notice. It is at my discretion whether I choose to reschedule a missed or cancelled service or product.
Third-party services and products
I have no control over terms and conditions that apply to any third-party service or product advertised on this website. It is your responsibility ask the third-party to explain their terms and conditions before you purchase their services or products.
Issuing of credit:
Where you do not meet eligible terms and conditions for a refund, it will be at my discretion if a credit is issued to you to use towards another one of my services or products.
Refund requests and processing timeframes
You can request a refund in three (3) ways:

verbally by phone on 0492 906 489.
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days. Due to the use of a third-party payment system, and bank processing timeframes, we can not be held responsible for delays to processes, procedures, and systems failures external to My Foundations.
